Role: Senior Marketing Designer  |  Project: Recovery Journey Refresh  |  Deliverables:  Email • SMS • Merchandising • Dynamic Content
Overview
Following a migration to REDO, browse, cart, and checkout recovery journeys needed to be modernized while preserving the existing automation. The objective was to create a more consistent experience that reflected where customers left the purchase journey.
MY ROLE
I refreshed the browse, cart, and checkout experiences by translating the existing automation into updated creative, refining messaging for each stage, configuring dynamic product recommendations, and supporting recovery across both email and SMS.
RECOVERY JOURNEY
Each recovery stage reflected a different point in the purchase process. Messaging, product emphasis, and urgency were adjusted to match customer intent while keeping the overall experience visually consistent.
